NY State Div. of Parole, 209 F.3d 107, 111-12 (2d Cir. 2000), and the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 7;1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to Petitioner and close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Kenneth M.
