For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Moving Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to Plaintiffs claim of inadequate medical treatment as to Reid, and denies the Motion with respect to Plaintiffs claims of excessive force and failure to intervene as to Greiner, Munro, and Reid.
