Filing 61 OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' Motions To Dismiss are granted. The Amended Complaint is dismissed in its entirety. Dismissal is with prejudice. See Vasquez v. Lazar, No. 15-CV-8845, 2019 WL 1988576, at *8 (S.D.N.Y. M ay 6, 2019) (dismissing claims with prejudice where barred by the statute of limitations) (citation omitted). The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to terminate the pending Motions, (Dkt. Nos. 32, 37, 46), to mail a copy of this Opinion to Plaintiff, and to close this case. SO ORDERED.
