OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss First Amended Complaint filed by Nationstar Mortgage LLC. The motion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The breach of contract claim and declaratory relief claim will proceed. The indemnity claim is dismissed. The Clerk is directed to terminate the motion. (Doc. #20).
