Filing 18 OPINION AND ORDER re: 7 MOTION for Attorney Fees Appellee's Rule 8020 Motion For Reasonable Attorneys' Fees And Double Costs filed by North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company, 5 MOTION to Dismiss Appellee's Motion To Dismiss Appeal filed by North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company. For the reasons set forth above, Appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal from the February 2018 Order is GRANTED, and Appellee's motion for attorneys 39; fees and costs is GRANTED to the extent that fees and costs, although not double costs, are awarded. Appellants appeal is dismissed with prejudice. Appellee is directed to submit to this Court a bill of attorneys' fees and costs associated w ith defending this appeal and moving for attorneys' fees and costs by July 30, 2018. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motions, (Docs. 5, 7), enter judgment for Appellee, and close the case. SO ORDERED.
