Filing 26 OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Parties' joint Motion is denied without prejudice. The Parties may reapply for approval of a settlement that (1) allows the Court to determine Defendants' maximum potential exposure at trial, and (2) details and evidences the hours expended by Plaintiff's counsel to enable the Court to determine whether a 30.26% contingency fee is reasonable in this case.
