VALENTIN ORDER: It is therefore ordered that the New York State Attorney General's Office ("NYS AG"), located at 28 Libe1ty St., New York, NY 10005, ascertain the correct identity and address for Defendants: Edward Burnell, Alan Hanson, Ginsin, Puerschner, and S. T. Herman in order to facilitate se1vice of the Complaint. The NYS AG shall provide this information to Plaintiff and the Court within thirty days of the date of this order. Upon receipt of this information, the Court will issue an order directing the Clerk of the Court to send instructions to Plaintiff to effect service on the proper defendants in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. ORDER OF SERVICE: The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, together with an information package. The Clerk of Court is further instructed to complete the USM-285 forms with the addresses for the 44 named defendants and deliver all documents necessary to effect service to the U.S. Marshals Service. Local Civil Rule 33.2 applies to this action. Within 120 days of service of the complaint, Defendants must serve responses to these standard discovery requests. In their responses, Defendants must quote each request verbatim. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore informa pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962) (holding that an appellant demonstrates good faith when he seeks review of a nonfrivolous issue). SO ORDERED. ORDER GRANTING IFP APPLICATION IN PRISONER CASE: The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order and the prisoner authorization to the agency having custody of Plaintiff. That agency is directed to forward copies of Plaintiff's prison trust fund account for the past six months and to disburse the payments required under 28 U.S.C. 1915 to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and to include the above docket number on the disbursement before sending it to the Court. If Plaintiff is transferred to another facility, the current facility shall provide a copy of this order to the facility to which Plaintiff is transferred. The Clerk of Court is also directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff and note service on the docket.
