STIPULATION: It is hereby stipulated, by and between the attorney for the plaintiffs and the attorneys for defendants ITALIAN TRADE COMMISSION and REPUBLIC OF ITALY, as follows: 1. The time within which defendant REPUBLIC OF ITALY may file their answer to the amended complaint herein is extended to and including August 9, 2019; 2. Upon the execution of this stipulation by the attorneys for all parties, the attorney for Defendant Republic of Italy shall present said stipulation to the court to be "so ordered"; 3. No further extensions of time to file an answer to the amended complaint shall be granted. In addition, counsel for Defendant is ORDERED to -- no later than 7/31/19 -- re-file Doc. 1 (per the deficiency notice dated 6/20/19) and to file the civil cover sheet (per the notice to attorney dated 6/20/19). In the future the Court expects counsel to promptly attend to notices from the Clerk of Court. SO ORDERED.
