ENDORSEMENT : The Court reviewed appellant's motion for a stay (ECF No. 6) and subsequent request for a premotion conference (ECF No. 7). The Court received no letter in opposition from appellee. After careful consideration, the Court waives the pre-motion conference requirement and grants appellant leave to file a motion to stay with the following briefing schedule: appellant's moving papers are to be served (not filed) by January 15, 2021; appellee's opposition papers are to be served (not filed) by February 15, 2021; appellant's reply papers are to be served by March 2, 2021. Appellee shall file all motion documents, including appellant's documents, on the reply date, March 2, 2021. Appellee shall also email a copy of all motion documents to Chambers. The parties shall provide two courtesy copies of their respective documents to Chambers by mail as the documents are served. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this endorsement to appellant and show service on the docket.
