ORDER denying #9 Letter Motion for Conference. The Court reviewed Defendant's letter requesting a pre-motion conference to discuss its anticipated motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b). (ECF No. 9, attached.) The Court also reviewed Plaintiff's letter in response to Defendant's request. (ECF No. 10, attached.) Defendant's request for a pre-motion conference is denied. The pre-motion conference requirement is waived and Defendant is granted leave to file its motion with the following briefing schedule: Defendant's moving papers shall be served (not filed) on or before February 8, 2021; Plaintiff's opposition papers shall be served (not filed) on or before March 10, 2021; Defendant's reply papers shall be served on or before March 24, 2021. All motion documents shall be filed on the reply date, March 24, 2021. The parties shall send two courtesy copies to Chambers as they are served. As long as Judge Roman's Emergency Rules remain in place, the parties shall additionally provide courtesy copies in electronic form.
