ORDER denying #8 Letter Motion for Conference. The County Defendants' motion for a conference is denied. The Court waives the pre-motion conference requirement. The County Defendants are granted leave to file their motion to dismiss with the following briefing schedule: The County Defendants shall serve (not file) their moving papers on or before February 18, 2021; the Plaintiff shall serve (not file) his opposition papers on or before March 5, 2021; the County Defendants shall serve their reply papers on or before March 19, 2021. All motion documents shall be filed on the reply date, March 19, 2021. Parties shall mail and e-mail two courtesy copies of their papers to Chambers as they are served.
