ORDER denying #4 Letter Motion for Conference; terminating #8 Letter Motion for Conference.The Court reviewed Defendants request for a pre-motion conference to discuss its anticipated motion to dismiss, dated February 3, 2021 (ECF No. 4), as well as Plaintiff's opposition, dated February 8, 2021 (ECF No. 8.) The Court denies Defendants request for a pre-motion conference. The Court waives the premotion conference requirement and grants Defendant leave to file its proposed motion to dismisswith the following briefing schedule: Defendants moving papers shall be served (not filed) on or before March 15, 2021; Plaintiff's opposition papers shall be served (not filed) on or before April 14, 2021; Defendant's reply papers shall be served on April 29, 2021. The parties shall file their motion documents on the reply date, April 29, 2021. The parties shall send two physical courtesy copies of their motion documents to Chambers as the documents are served. As long as the Judge's Emergency Rules remain in effect, the parties shall also email copies of their motion documents to Chambers.The Clerk of the Court is kindly directed to terminate the motions at ECF No. 4 and 8.
