CIVIL CASE DISCOVERY PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: This Civil Case Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order is adopted, after consultation with counsel and any unrepresented parties, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16 and 26(f): All parties consent to conducting all further proceedings before a Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial, pursuant to 28 U.S.G. 636(c). This case is to be tried to a jury. Motions due by 5/24/2021. Deposition due by 10/4/2021. All Fact Discovery due by 8/20/2021. All Expert Discovery due by 10/4/2021. All Discovery due by 10/22/2021. Plaintiff is away at school and contemplating a surgery upon her return in June. The parties have conferred and their present best estimate of the length of the trial is 2-3 days. The next Case Management Conference set for 10/28/2021 at 02:30 PM before Judge Vincent L. Briccetti. The next case management conference is scheduled for October 28 2021, at 2:30 p.m. The conference will proceed by telephone.
