By January 18, 2022, plaintiff shall move to remand the case to Supreme Court, Sullivan County. 2. By February 1, 2022, defendants shall file their opposition to the motion, together with any cross-motion for judgment on the pleadings. 3. By February 15, 2022, plaintiff shall file his reply, together with his opposition to defendants' cross-motion for judgment on the pleadings. 4.
