ORDER The docket reflects that defendant Taylor was served with the summons and complaint on 12/1/2021, and therefore that his answer or other response to the complaint was due 12/22/2021. To date, defendant has not answered, moved, or otherwise responded to the complaint or appeared in this action. Accordingly, provided that defendant remains in default, plaintiff is ORDERED to seek a certificate of default as to defendant by 1/11/2022, and thereafter to move, by order to show cause and in accordance with the Court's Individual Practices, for default judgment against defendant by 1/25/2022.
