CIVIL CASE DISCOVERY PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c). This case is to be tried to a jury. Any motion to amend or to join additional parties shall be filed by 2/25/2022. Non-expert depositions shall be completed by 4/25/2022. The parties are directed to discuss settlement in good faith. By no later than June 1, 2022, counsel shall submit a joint letter regarding the status of their discussions and whether there is anything the Court can do to assist in that regard. The Court will hold a case management conference on 8/18/2022 at 11:00 a.m. The Court will conduct this conference in person at the Courthouse, Room 620.
