STIPULATION CONSENTING TO A FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE: IT IS HEREBY stipulated and agreed by the attorneys for Plaintiff Avail 1 LLC ("Plaintiff") and Defendants Robert Galgano, Jr. and Stephen Galgano, as sole heirs and next of kin of Robert F. Galgano, Sr. ("Defendants") that the within action is hereby settled as between Plaintiff and Defendants, and each agrees to the following: (1) Defendants hereby consent to the entry of a final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale by this Court, which will result in a judicial foreclosure sale. (2) Plaintiff will not seek a deficiency judgment against Defendants, nor any other recourse or remedy. (3) No modifications, amendments or extensions of this Stipulation shall be valid, unless in writing and executed by all signatories herein. SO ORDERED.
