By Order dated November 18, 2022, the Court denied Plaintiff's first request to "skip the Summonses" with respect to this new action. (Doc. 9). Plaintiff is again reminded that he must serve the summonsand complaint on each defendant within 90 days of the date the summonses were issued, and the failure to do so may result in dismissal of Plaintiff's claims under Rules 4 and 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The prior case to which Plaintiff refers, 7:20-cv-420-NSR, was dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction on June 9, 2022. Plaintiff commenced a new action on October 11, 2022, and there is no provision in the law that permits Plaintiff to "skip the Summonses" with respect to this new action. Plaintiff is reminded that he must serve the summons and complaint on each defendant within 90 days of the date the summonses were issued, and the failure to do so may result in dismissal of Plaintiff's claims under Rules 4 and 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
