The Court is also in receipt of the response letter from Plaintiffs Robin Scheuer and John Scheuer, as trustees of the John W Scheuer 2000 Trust. (ECF No. 9.) The Court waives the pre-motion conference requirement and directs the parties to the following briefing schedule on Defendant's proposed motion: Defendant is directed to serve (not file) opening papers on or before December 18, 2022; Plaintiffs are directed to serve (not filed) opposition papers on or before January 17, 2023; Defendant is directed to serve reply papers on or before February 1, 2023. The parties are directed to file the papers on the reply date, February 1, 2023. The parties are also directed to mail two courtesy copies to chambers and one electronic copy as the papers are served.
