ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: By February 17, 2023, the Court directs Plaintiff to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3). A declaration form is attached to this order. Although summonses have issued, Defendants are not required to answer or otherwise respond to the amended complaint until the Court reviews Plaintiff's declaration and issues an order directing Plaintiff to effect service on Defendants. Further, Plaintiff may wish to contact the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG), an organization that provides legal advice to self-represented plaintiffs and defendants, for assistance.
