ORDER granting #24 Letter Motion for Conference re: #24 LETTER MOTION for Conference addressed to Judge Philip M. Halpern from Mark Doerr dated July 13, 2023. Defendant Raspreet Bhatia's request for leave to move to dismiss is granted. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court's pre-motion conference requirement is hereby waived with respect to Defendant Bhatia's request. Defendant Bhatia shall file a notice of motion and shall join with Defendants PHH Mortgage Corporation, the Honorable David F. Everett, and Westchester County to file one joint set of briefs in accordance with the already set briefing schedule, as directed in the Court's July 7, 2023 Order (Doc. 17). Further, by July 21, 2023, all Defendants shall file one joint letter, not exceeding 5 pages, responding to Plaintiff's letter seeking leave to file a second amended complaint (Doc. 24).
