STIPULATION: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned counsel of record for the parties to the above-captioned matter, that, having been duly authorized and appointed by Defendants to accept service on their behalf, the undersigned counsel for Defendants shall accept service of the Summons and Complaint on behalf of Defendants; and it is further STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and through its undersigned counsel, that Defendants hereby acknowledges receipt of service of the Summons and Complaint in this action as of the date this Stipulation is fully executed and that such constitutes good and sufficient service of process; and it is further STIPULATED AND AGREED that Defendants hereby waive the defenses of insufficient service of process and lack of personal jurisdiction in this action; and it is further STIPULATED AND AGREED that Defendant shall answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before March 22, 2024.
