DECISION and ORDER. Court finds that there is "good cause" to extend the time in which plaintiff may serve the summons and complaint upon defendants Dr. Bangsil, Karen Bellamy and Dr. Kurtz, an additional 120 days, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to re-issue the summonses and cause the United States Marshal to re-serve the summons and complaint on said defendants at the addresses provided in the order. ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to amend the caption of the action, to cause the U.S. Marshals Service to serve the Summons, Complaint and this Order on defendants Misa, Kadien, Kurtz, Bellamy, Allen and Bangsil; the Clerk of Court shall complete the summons and Marshal Form for Dr. Kurtz, but plaintiff will be provided the Court's notice advising him that he will need to complete the necessary papers for all other defendants; the Attorney General's Office is directed to take whatev er action it can to assist the Court and Marshals Service in effecting service on the defendants; within 60 days of entry of this Order, the Marshals Service shall advise the Court of the status of service on the defendants; the defendants shall answer the complaint.
