Further, plaintiff must file a response to this Order and show cause why the Second through Seventh Cause of Action should not be dismissed by 6/3/13. Further i f plaintiff fails to file a response to this order by 6/3/13, the Second through Seventh Cause of Action shall be dismissed with prejudice without further order and leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals as a poor person denied.
