AMENDED DECISION AND ORDER correcting a typographical error at page 48, and clarifying the Conclusion as follows:Defendants' Motion (Dkt. 136), is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part as to the trespass claim, and GRANTED as to the false arrest an d excessive force claims.
