The Court denies BONY Mellon's motion to dismiss 34 , and the Court certifies this order for interlocutory review, but only as the order p ertains to the question whether a bare violation of New York's satisfaction statutes creates a cognizable injury-in-fact for purposes of Article III standing. This case is stayed pending the outcome of proceedings before the Second Circuit.
