Filing 13 ORDER granting plaintiff's 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; FURTHER, that plaintiff's 3 Motion to Appoint Counsel; 5 Motion for Preliminary Injunction and temporary restraining order; 6 Motion for release on bail; 7 motion for dismissal of the charges apparently pending in New York State Court; and 8 9 10 motions for other state law relief, are all denied without prejudice; FURTHER, plaintiff is granted leave to file an Amended Compliant by 12/1 9/2016; FURTHER, the Clerk of Court is directed to send plaintiff a copy of the original compliant, a blank Prisoner Complaint form, and the instructions for preparing an amended complaint; FURTHER that if plaintiff fails to file an Amended Complaint by 12/19/2016, the complaint is dismissed with prejudice without further order of the Court and the Clerk of Court shall close this case; FURTHER, any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals as a poor person is denied, as specified.
