Warren's claims under the FCRA and GBL § 349 will be dismissed unless he files an amended complaint within 30 days of the date of this decision and order remedying the deficie ncies outlined in this Court's prior decision and order dated August 12, 2020. See Docket Items 35 and 37. Warren also must inform the Court within 30 days of the date of this decision and order whether he would like to proceed with his motion to remand. SO ORDERED.
