Filing 21 DECISION AND ORDER: Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 14 is GRANTED and the Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Defendant Cronin as a party to this action and amend the caption in accordance with this Order. One claim remains against Defen dant Serediuk for allegedly violating Plaintiff's Eighth Amendment rights inside the elevator on December 13, 2016.
