Booker's motions for an extension of time to serve the defendants, Docket Item 23 , and to enforce this Courts prior ord er, Docket Item 28 , are DENIED AS MOOT. The motion by defendants Chappius and Taylor to set aside the Clerk's entry of default, Docket Item 31 , is GRANTED, and Booker's request for an entry of default against defendants Schattinger and Martuscello is DENIED.
