DECISION AND ORDER granting 11 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; denying 13 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. The Court finds that the ALJs mental RFC determination is not supported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the Court grants Plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings, ECF No. 11, and denies the Commissioners motion, ECF No. 13. The Commissioners decision is reversed pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and this matter is remanded to the Commissioner for a new hearing. The Clerk will close the case.
