Filing 5 NOTICE of Appearance by Jeremy Asen Linden on behalf of Commissioner of Social Security (Linden, Jeremy) |
Filing fee: $ 400.00, receipt number BUF064546 (KLH) |
Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff states that she is not employed, and that her husband is fully responsible for covering their household expenses. Besides the husband's income, the family receives yearly government assistance (HEAP benefits). Even though she states that her minor son is depended upon her for support, plaintiff, however, does not contribute anything towards his support. Based on plaintiff's household income, government assistance, and funds available in her checking account, the Court determines that plaintiff has not set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, her in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until June 24, 2019 to pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by June 24, 2019, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order. Signed by Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. on 5/24/19. (NNR)-CLERK TO FOLLOW UP- |
