Filing 10 TEXT ORDER. The pro se petitioner, Chanel Senor, filed a petition seeking a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241, Docket Item 1, and the Court issued a scheduling order directing the respondents to file an answer and memorandum of law in response to the petition within 45 days of the date of the scheduling order, Docket Item 2. The petitioner has filed a motion to amend the petition and a "new"--that is, amended--petition. Docket Item 8. Accordingly, the motion to amend the petition is GRANTED, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(A); Rules 1(b) and 12 of Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts. The respondents shall therefore file their answer and memorandum of law, as set forth in the scheduling order, in response to the amended petition.
