August 8, 2019 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff indicates that he resides with his father, whose retirement and social security payment in the total amount of $1200 cover his only expense - rent in the amount of $332. Plaintiff also states that his all other expenses are covered by the government benefits he receives. Plaintiff states that he has one minor dependent, but indicates that he does not contribute towards his support. Based on the information provided regarding plaintiff's income and expenses, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED.
