Plaintiff indicates that she is not employed, lives with her husband, whose earnings of $2400 per month cover the family's monthly expenses in the amount of $1810. In addition to her husband's income, plaintiff receives rental income in the amount $500 per month. Plaintiff does not have any dependents. Based on the Court's review of plaintiff's monthly income, expenses, and funds available in her checking account, the Court finds that plaintiff has not put forth sufficient indications of indigency, and therefore, her motion is denied. Plaintiff has until October 11, 2019 to pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by October 11, 2019, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order.
