Based on the Court's review of plaintiff's monthly income, expenses, and the lack of dependents other than his daughter, the Court finds that plaintiff has not put forth sufficient indications of indigency, and therefore, his motion is denied. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by November 6, 2019, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order.
