He resides with his girlfriend, whose monthly income is $5,583, and who pays all their monthly expenses. There are no dependents that rely on plaintiff or his girlfriend who also reside in the same household. Based on the Court's review of plaintiff and his girlfriend's monthly income and expenses, the Court finds that plaintiff has not put forth sufficient indications of indigency, and therefore, his motion is denied. Plaintiff has until May 1, 2020 to pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by May 1, 2020, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order. Signed by Hon.
