| Filing 8 TEXT ORDER. The Government responded to this Court's April 4, 2020 inquiry of the parties as to the imminence of removal and urgency of this Petition, stating that removal is not imminent. As such, Respondents have until April 14, 2020 to file a response to Petitioner's request for a temporary restraining order. Petitioner has until April 17, 2020 to file a reply. Otherwise the schedule is as follows: within 45 days of this order, Respondents shall file and serve an answer and a memorandum of law responding to the allegations in the Petition and addressing each of the issues in the Petition; and it is further ORDERED that within 45 days of this order, instead of filing an answer, Respondents may file a motion to dismiss the Petition; and it is further ORDERED that Petitioner shall have 25 days after receipt of Respondents' answer or motion to dismiss to file a written response.
