TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff states that she is not employed and receives government benefits - $200 in public assistance and $200 in food stamps. In addition to her mortgage payment in the amount $270 and $200 of food, which she receives government benefit for, Plaintiff also pays $507 per month to cover her other household expenses. Because her monthly expenses exceed the amount of income she receives and because she did not indicate how she is paying her expenses as paragraph 9 of the application requires, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency. Thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until December 9, 2020 to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by December 9, 2020, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon.
