January 25, 2021 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff is not employed, resides alone, and receives assistance from the government in the amount of $572 and from the family in the amount of $300. Upon review of plaintiff's application, is unclear, however, as to what income she uses to cover rent considering the assistance she receives from the government and family members are not sufficient to cover the entire rent payment.
