January 25, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff is not employed, resides with her mother and receives government assistance in the amount of $423. Plaintiff indicates that her monthly expenses in the amount of $1505 consist of rent, utilities, and other, unspecified, expenses. She states that her mother assists her in contributing to her monthly expenses, however, plaintiff's application is silent as to the exact amount her mother contributes towards the household and her mother's income. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until February 24, 2021 to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $402.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by February 24, 2021, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon.
