August 4, 2021 Filing 5 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff is not employed and receives food stamp benefits in the amount $200 per month, housing assistance, and unemployment benefits in the amount $1993 per month. Plaintiff's monthly expenses, such as food, utilities, and most of his rent, except for $168, are covered by government assistance he receives.
