Bedford Village Associates Limited Partnership, 213 F.3d 48, 51-52 (2d Cir. 2000). Therefore, on or before August 24, 2022, defendant AIM Transportation Services, LLC shall file a statement listing the names and citizenships of each of its members, and if any of its members are also limited liability companies (or limited liability partnerships), the names and citizenships of each of their members (or partners) shall also be identified. Additionally, since an "[a]n individual's citizenship, for diversity purposes, is determined by the individual's domicile, not the individual's residence", SBL Enterprises LLC v. Keystone Cap. Corp., 2021 WL 2000365, *2 (S.D.N.Y. 2021) (emphasis in original), by August 24, 2022 plaintiff Heather Sengbusch and defendant Mladen Pljevancic shall file statements identifying their citizenship.
