Additionally, since an "[a]n individual's citizenship, for diversity purposes, is determined by the individual's domicile, not the individual's residence", SBL Enterprises LLC v. Keystone Cap. Corp., 2021 WL 2000365, *2 (S.D.N.Y. 2021) (emphasis in original), by August 24, 2022 plaintiff Heather Sengbusch and defendant Mladen Pljevancic shall file statements identifying their citizenship.
