On 9/6/2023, the plaintiffs requested that this Court "waive the local counsel requirement under [Local Rule of Civil Procedure] 83.2(a)(1) so that [the plaintiffs' attorney] may seek Pro Hac Vice admission to practice before this Court." Docket Item #2 . But the plaintiffs' attorney, Farah Hobballah, has not yet submitted a motion to appear pro hac vice, and it appears that she inadvertently forgot to attach proof of her admission to practice in Michigan to the motion to waive the local counsel requirement. See id. at 4 (directing the Court to "exh. A" as evidence that Hobballah "is licensed in the State of Michigan with Good Standing"). No later than 10/6/2023, Hobballah shall submit a properly supported motion to appear pro hac vice and evidence that she is admitted and licensed to practice in Michigan.
