Plaintiff's monthly expenses are $1,075 and she has $9,200.00 in savings in her bank accounts. She resides alone and does not have any dependents. Based on the Court's review of plaintiff's income and expenses, as well as the lack of any dependents and funds available in her bank accounts, the Court finds that plaintiff has not put forth sufficient indications of indigency. Therefore, her motion is denied.Plaintiff has until November 13, 2023, to pay the $402.00 filing fee. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by November 13, 2023, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order.
