Sinatra, Jr.: Status Conference held on 12/15/2023 re #4 Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. Counsel for the plaintiff advises the Court that counsel for the defendants was unable to appear today, but represents that defendants would consent to entry of a TRO as requested in plaintiff's motion.
