Filing 49 DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 34 Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants motion for summary judgment (Docket No. 34) is granted in part as to Pocobello, Goord, West, Burge, and Hughes, and the Clerk shall enter judgment in favor of those defendants. Defendants motion is denied with respect to Selsky. Finally, it is granted in part with regard to Hopkins, but only on the issue of whether her alleged refusal to allow Plaintiff the use of a TENS unit constituted an Eighth Amendment violation.
