Filing 80 DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 69 Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants motion [#69] is granted in part and denied in part. Defendants are granted judgment on Lopezs and Colons Title VII claims. To the extent that Plain tiffs are attempting to assert un-pleaded claims from hostile environment discrimination, they are dismissed. Defendants motion is granted as to Colons no-Spanish claim, and denied as to Lopezs no-Spanish claim. Defendants motion is denied as to Col ons unequal working conditions claim, and is granted as to Lopezs unequal working conditions claim.
