Plaintiffs motion for default judgment under Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Proced ure is granted in part and denied in part. The only claims insufficient to grant relief are, Claim 2: Pierce the Corporate Veil of United Cleaners and Claim 7: Common Law Strict Liability Based on Defendants Abnormally Hazardous Activities.
