Because the Court does not have personal jurisdiction over Defendants due to Plaintiffs counsels failure to properly serve them within 120 days of the initiation of this lawsuit, Defendants motion to dismiss is granted pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(5).
